No doubt many, if not most, of the ukulele fans on this message board is familiar with the impact and influence Peter Moon has had on ukulele and slack key guitar instrumentalists: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Moon_(musician)

His son, Peter Moon "Jr" is following in his father's footsteps quite impressively and the opportunity to hear him play and start coming into his own is not to be missed. Funny how things come full circle, as he is now playing regularly with Cyril Pahinui and will be appearing with him, once again, as part of the Pahinui Hawaiian Band at the 2010 Southern California Slack Key Festival. Cyril's nephew Kunia is also a fine ukulele player and singer and will be a part of the group as well, along with Sonny Lim on bass and Greg Sardinha on steel...and that's just the first act of the Festival! Ledward Kaapana will also be there and I hear he may be bringing his uke too! Come check them out on the 24th! www.kalakoa.com

Mitch, you got the good ones for sure. I just saw your ad on the Acoustic Guitar Magazine web site. Way cool.

He has posted to TaroPatch in the past as well, under the handle "P.M. JR."
