Hi All,
Just a small reminder, today is the anniversary of Auntie Genoa's passing, and 02.27.2014 will be Uncle Ray's. Hope you all take a moment of reflection, and maybe even play some of their songs as a way of keeping their memories alive.
God bless you Auntie, and Uncle...you'll forever be in my heart.

~slkho

Through my kumu mele, Alan Akaka and the Keawe-Aiko ohana, my experience with Hawaiian music and culture has deepened. I was very fortunate to have know Auntie for the last two years she was with us.
