AMC is truly wonderful. Enjoy yourself and tell Keola, Moana and Kaliko that Alice & Earl send a heartfelt "aloha". That camp was among our best vacations ever, and that includes scuba diving on the Kona Aggressor live-aboard dive boat.

Unfortunately my only New Year's resolution is to NEVER get on a commercial airplane again, so I cannot go for a fourth time.
