Posted - 10/29/2017 : 05:13:14 AM Hey, Islanders, why is my taro white? Should it change colors after cooking? I made poi, it's delicious...but it's white (not purple).
It was marked Taro/Satoimo at the store. I steamed it until it was soft enough to put a knife through, peeled, then put it in the blender with water. |
