Just played with Gary Kalei Medeiros, Jim, and Jeff, at Hawaii General Store for the time of year and in memory of kupuna lost this year, Tiko Kaeo and Aunty Maile Baker. Was good fun, but would've been mo'bettah with them jamming.

I just put a clip up on YouTube, a medley of the hui from "Pupu A O Ewa" and "Maika'i Ka Makani O Kohala." I've been exploring D wahine and it worked very nicely for this medley.

Led will be playing around NorCal the next few weeks and I'll be opening some of the shows, his calendar is at https://ledkaapana.com/

Still around, jousting with the Hawaiian fiddle windmill, plus a little steel. Kanikapila have kinda dried up. Been helping take care of Neeej. Going to go to final Aloha Music Camp.

I just started a new thread in Camps. The Aloha Music Camp is shutting down after the 25th camp next March. It is now or never!

Dusty,
Sorry to hear. Many good times to remember. I'm still trying to keep the faith.

I usually look every day. However, I can't play any more. My arthritis makes it impossible.

Jam/practice at Kona Kitchen in Seattle Thursday right after an ono-liscious breakfast.

Too many tunes, too little time.....

I too look every day, but rarely post - not much to say most days. I am grateful that da 'Patch is still here, even if the dialogue has slowed down. I still play ki ho'alu and I'm giving ukulele lessons to one student right now. She is not so interested in Hawaiian music, more focused on country and bluegrass.

It was surprising to not see a Veteran's Day thread. Go Navy, beat Army!

I look every day. Hard to think of stuff that you all don't already know.
