I met Andy Wang, his wife and mother in law last Wednesday at a concert I was performing in. We had a nice talk. It was good to finally meet Mr. Admin. We share several mutual friends. The Hawaiian concert was a good one lots of good hula and lots of singing. I'm so glad it wasn't another funeral service. I've been doing to many of those lately. The course of events when you perform is this; you perform first for your family and friends, then you do clubs, concerts, marriages, baby luaus, graduations and den da funerals.

I've been working long hours lately, and just noticed that it is a very beautiful day here on the Windward side. A good day to be with family and friends. Ahui hou.PM

Happy belated Easter to all.

I enjoyed the semester concert by the UH Hawaiian Chorus, Hula and Chant Ensembles. Vicky Holt Takamine, Nola Nahulu, and Chad Pang are the instructors. Meeting Peter and seeing his slack key performance accompanying the hula class was a nice bonus.

Eh, Petah! Where you stay? I stay Kaneo'he. Here until Thursday, then with Alan Akaka to Maui for the Henry Allen festival, then home on the 5th.
