Posted - 06/20/2011 : 12:30:16 AM I am trying something different this week. Please let me know if/how it works fo you. I made a playlist on You Tube and called it "Mele Monday wk of Jun 19. With a You Tube playlist, you can click "play all" right next to the description of the playlist, and sit back and have to do nothing else and the videos will then play one after the other. No sweat, no muss, no fuss.
Please give it a try and give me some feedback on how it worked and if you think this is better than typing out the whole big list. I sure saves me lots of typing time.
Here is the link to the play list: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?p=PL93057F8034C6C64D&feature=mh_lolz |

Posted - 06/20/2011 : 09:58:50 AM Yes, that is Greg Sardinha on the steel with Hahulanui.
It is easier, much easier, to do it this way. When I watch a video and I think it should go on the list, then all I have to do is click a button as I watch it. Through the magic of some cyber voodoo mojo stuff which I do not understand, You Tube makes the list for me as long as I give it a name. And if you do not want it to automatically play the next video after pau the first one, you don't have to click the auto play button. |

Posted - 06/20/2011 : 08:15:59 AM Good lord Wanda. What a huge play list. Some gems to be sure. Is it easier for you to do it this way? I kinda like it, but as you know, all new things take some getting used to.
Hey... is that Greg Sardinha on the steel with Kahulanui?? |

Posted - 06/20/2011 : 03:07:16 AM Regarding the You Tube playlist, I noticed that a few songs are on there two times. It must be because I couldn't remember if I added them to the list or not and decided to add them a second time figuring the same title would show up on the list only once. Well, I was wrong. It showed up two times. E kala mai.

For those of you who want to check out John Pak's new channel, please see "Paxukulele" on You Tube. You Tube blocked his Keonepax channel due to copyright complaints.
Also, here are a few more you may enjoy. Rodgers Lena Naipo is a former member of Hawaiians Unlimited and also has a couple of cuts on one of my favorite CDs, “Hulaa, Big Island Style”, where he does amazing versions of “Papalina Lahilahi” and “Pauoa Liko Ka Lehua”. He is now a member of Kahulanui and here are some of their recent videos.
