Posted - 08/18/2009 : 2:54:11 PM I got the TG200H its new to me but it works very well. I like the compact size and the color changes. The rubberized buttons donʻt rattle too. sweet little gadget. |

Posted - 08/16/2009 : 10:13:58 PM I like the Intelli Touch clip on chromatic tuners. I use them for ukulele, guitar, bass, mandolin, banjo and drum tuning. They are very easy to use, as they are automatic and do not require you press buttons to change notes. Ric

Posted - 08/08/2009 : 1:00:05 PM Check out the Crafter TG-200H. It's one of those that goes from orange to green when you hit tune. Works great for those, like me, who are on stage with compromise lighting or just can't see the needle. It's on the small size too. And it has settings for guitar and bass although I use the chromatic for ukulele. Also the IMT500 supposedly improved their model. The newer one -- maybe with different item number -- does not vibrate at certain frequency which I have experienced from mine. |

Posted - 08/07/2009 : 5:01:07 PM The planet waves clip-on is in that price range on eBay. You need to tape the battery cover on though, cause it falls of easily. I've found the planet waves clip-on to be more accurate and sensitive than the IMT tuners. Also, the IMT tuner rattles, so you have to tape down the button if you're recording, cause the rattle can slip into the recording. The planet waves and IMT are both better than the old intellitouch. |

Posted - 08/07/2009 : 2:18:43 PM I can't compare to a lot of other tuners but the IMT 500 seems to work pretty well. lots of them new on ebay for $20

$30 to $50 at Musicians Friend for a decent new Korg.
