We're in Kailua and Lynnie is taking her first lesson in Hawaiian quilting. Her teacher called this video to my attention and I was blown away.

Last night I saw a most fantastic program from Hawaii, - Aerial America (on NatGeo?) showing all the major islands and the diversity in nature.

Does this reflect on musical tradition as well?

I love this video. It reminds me of Playing For Change. Very well done and cool - featuring different musicians on different islands.
