What key is Ahe Lau Makani typically played in at kanikapila. It is in G in the blue book but ukulele folks and singers often like a different key than that.

well in Queen's songbook the arrangement is done in C, which I like, and is where Makana does a nice version. The 'high' E in the melody is about where my break begins, so it works, if I stand up straight, do some warmups, and pray after a Mai-Tai.
