Does anyone know what pedals or amp settings Barry Flanagan uses to get that distinctive tonality he gets from his guitar?

He uses a reverb/delay pedal. Used to use an old one, don't know what brand. In last couple of years, he plays through one of these. http://earthquakerdevices.com/shop/Dispatch%20Master/cat/13093

Not a clue ... but he will sound a harmonic, then detune/retune the string to mimic a lap steel, which I've never seen anyone else do.
