The live music situation was looking a little sad with the closure of Honey's at the Ko`olau golf course, but two locations have started featuring live Hawaiian music (and free!!)

Nico's terrific seafood operation expanded from Pier 38 to Kailua a few years ago and they have a music program that includes Hawaiian artists. Check the schedule here: https://nicoskailua.com/music/month/

And Sea Life Park now presents Manana Mele, live Hawaiian music Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4 to 6 at their Beach Boy Lanai. The food and drink menu is a bit more limited than Nico's but the music makes up for it! Check the schedule here: https://www.sealifeparkhawaii.com/manana

Let's hope we can keep the virus at bay and keep these venues open!

Fran
