I’ll be visiting Vegas in a couple of months and was wondering if there are any good spots to catch live Hawaiian music, slack key. Could be restaurants, lounges...If you know of any regular gigs or 9th island hidden gems, I’d love to hear any recommendations.

I cannot help you. When going through Vegas, I am always passing through en route to elsewhere -- it is never a destination. It has been years since I have stayed more than a quick overnight during a road trip between ID and AZ.

But it makes sense that there might be something there, since Las Vegas is unofficially the "ninth island" where Hawaiians go to vacation. If so, I would like to know too and maybe plan accordingly next time.
