Posted - 10/17/2010 : 2:35:20 PM I just listened to this on Keola Beamer's "Soliloquy" cd. It is a deeply moving love song, and I would like to play it for my wife on her birthday. However, that requires the tabs (at least for me), and I can't seem to find them anywhere. The song is on the vhs "The Slack Key Secrets of Ray Kane," but that is not available anywhere.
I would very much like to purchase the tabs for this song, whether as a stand alone or whether as part of an instructional book. Any help? |

Posted - 10/17/2010 : 3:42:52 PM Yes, it a nice song, and Keola does a good job with it (does he ever do a bad job with a song? ) There is also an arrangement of Waiulu on the recording "Kani Wai" with George Kahumoku and Bob Brozman. It is quite an upbeat performance and one of my favorite on the disc. There are Lyrics with translation also on this disc, but no Tabs. Kani Wai was nominated for 2 Na Hoku Hanohano awards this last year.
