Posted - 03/02/2011 : 3:03:50 PM I find that I will be on Oahu working. I want to continue learning slack key. Are there any slack key teachers on the Island of Oahu that have room for 1 more student? Thanks Judy |

Posted - 03/03/2011 : 10:18:09 AM Harry Koizumi is in Kailua. If you are interested in him, I think he has a web site. Or send me an e-mail through TaroPatch and we will send you his phone number. Couple years ago he was charging $30/half hour. But he gave Paul way more time than a half hour. Wonder if he had to stay after school. |

Posted - 03/02/2011 : 8:54:52 PM Hi Judy
Try to get in touch with Ozzie Kotani the best slack key guitar teacher bar none. He lives right in downtown Honolulu. He's a member here at Taropatch.net so you could email him through his account to inquire about his availability & rates. There's also longtime ki ho'alu kumus Ron Loo, Walter Carvalho and Harry Koizumi in various other locations on Oahu though I don't have any contact info. |
