The George Kuo "house concert/ clinic" will be Monday 4/23/12 7pm at
Queensborough Pool Swim Club
Club House

San Jose, CA 95129
Its going to be a flexible format, so bring your guitars if you like.
He will play some songs and we could ask questions
about technique, inspiration, history, etc ...
Cost $20 plus a pupu to share, wine, beer, or sodas too.

This was a great evening!
George told a lot of stories but the one that struck a chord with me was about the old days when they didn't have internet OR television. The nights were spent playing ki ho'alu which was the primary form of entertainment.
That really got me thinking.
