Very cool show tonight, following the runway show at New York fashion week.
This concert will showcase ancient Hawaiian dance from world renowned traditional dance school Halau Na Kipu’upu’u, a contemporary fashion show by Hawaii’s supreme cultural clothing brand Dezigns By Kamohoalii, and a musical concert from Multiple Na Hoku Hanohano Award-winning and Grammy Award-winning and nominated artists Amy Hanaialii and Jeff Peterson.

Unfortunately, I didn't make it but the feedback was that it was amazing! The videos posted to Facebook were cool to see. I heard it went well enough, that they might be back again next year. |
