Posted - 04/16/2012 : 7:35:39 PM I'm hoping to have enough $$$ to go to George's, but since I'm schlepping my hubby, my son and my sista, my dream of going to Keola's after that may be too much of a fantasy.
Nevertheless, I'm hoping to see many good friends.
See you on the seawall for cocktails, music and sunset.
Cheers! Julie |

Posted - 06/13/2013 : 1:18:45 PM It will be sad this year, the absence of Bob Brozman will be keenly felt. He's there in heaven telling God what needs to be changed in this earthly world. And he had a few other opinions!!!!! GO BOB!
I just talked to Haley, his widow, and she is unable to come as previously planned. There is just too much for her to do, and the memories will be too intense for her. But she is hanging in there for now. Sends her aloha to everyone.
See you folks on the sea wall for sunset on Friday (tomorrow). Cocktails and instruments required.
Aloha, Julie |

Posted - 06/13/2013 : 09:54:10 AM Cynthia, Karen and I are so sad to hear about Don. I think it's great you're going...where Don would be.
Miss the gang...each visit is precious.
...We will try again next year, meanwhile, all are in our hearts. Aloha all--have a sunset (several) on the wall, a Mai-Tai (several ?) and keep those nahenahe sounds, memories and waves of Aloha rolling.

Posted - 05/09/2012 : 02:09:57 AM I lost my husband, best friend and fellow slack key and 'uke player Don in December, but he'll be with us in spirit when I come to camp. Don loved this camp and wanted to come back this year. Mahalo to Susan Bonney and Carol Brown for encouraging me to return.
