The excitement is building and spreading for the "Rochester Slack Key Guitar & Hula Workshop" Aug 21-23.
Registrations are coming into Gallery Kaua'i.

We had a wonderful opportunity to promote it last night.
Kimo performed at the Harmony House in Webster, NY with 3 other guitarists.
The concert was presented by the Rochester Guitar Club.
Styles represented: Kimo Knox-Slack Key-he performed seven songs in seven different tunings. As Kimo changed the tunings, he talked story about each song and about the tunings.
The other 3 guitarists were: Fred Vine-Blues, Steve Greene-Jazz & Kinloch Nelson-Classical...It was a great night!

Kimo called me up for his last number and we performed an original from our new CD-"Mana".
Our CD will be released this month.
The Harmony House was packed...standing room only. (approx. 150+)
During intermission many audience members came up to us asking about the Workshop!

Because of the enthusiastic initial response that Kimo & I have received (locally & from NH & MA), we have changed the Workshop Schedule to add more time during the classes.
