In John Cruz's Island Style, there is a lyric that says " beef stew on the stove, lomi salmon with the ice". Can anyone tell me what the phrase lomi salmon means?

Isn’t it “Lomi salmon with the rice” or in pidgin “Lomi salmon wi da rice”.  |

Lomi - massage
Lomi salmon, raw salmon rubbed with flavorings - tomato and green onion. Usually eaten with poi, very common at luau.
