You know, I wrote this thread almost a year ago, way before I met Duke and Jay. Jay ripped these lyrics out of his spiral notebook and gave them to me.

Now what chords do I put where? I'm trying to play `ukulele while Paul is not here (deer hunting) so no mattah if I sound junk But my goal before we go back to Hawai`i is to be able to jam with Duke and Jay and Jay think I am doing it OK>

If anyone could kokua, I'd be mighty appreciative.

The chords you need would depend on which chords braddahs Duke and Jay use. No sense you learning it in F when they play and sing it in C, D or H...although braddah IZ sings it in G.

Tanks, Braddah Ed. Bumbye you teach me key of H. I tink mebbe I could learn this, not too many chord changes. Hard for me to chew gum and walk at same time. Ho, fo realz. I fell down once at work when I was chewing gum and ended up with herniated disk. First thing Paul said when he got to emergency room was "Was she chewing gum?"

I'll ask Duke & Jay how they play it.

But, truly, Ed, thanks very much.
