Lawrence mentioned the South City group with Hiram Bell.
There is also a monthly kanikapila in Vacaville the second Sunday of each month, noon to 4 PM. You can find the announcements and directions here on Taropatch in the "Kanikapila Forum."
Here is the anouncement for this month's Vacaville kanikapila, which unfortunately already took place just three days ago:

Also, a few of us get together from time to time in San Francisco, Berkeley or Redwood City. Things are a bit slow for us this summer, but I'll contact you next time one comes up.
