Kapala (Zanuck Lindsey, Kimo Artis, Lopaka Ho'opi'i, Lance "Kai" Artis, Richard Heirakuji, Adriano "Adj" Larioza, and (when he’s in Hawai’i) Abe Lagrimas, Jr.) will be tonight's guests for Pakele Live! with Tony Solis (the live show).
Combining traditional and contemporary Hawaiian music with ethnic, jazz, urban, and soul influences, Kapala creates a trailblazing style of Island music that is uniquely infectious, memorable, and at the forefront of the today's music scene. Although Abe Lagrimas, Jr. will not be there tonight, there will be two special guests: Larry Cook (saxophone/flute) and Dan Del Negro (keyboards).
Join host Tony Solis and a different musical guest each Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. HST for the free Pakele Live! concert taping and live internet broadcast, located in the Pakele Lounge at the Ala Moana Hotel (410 Atkinson Dr., Honolulu).
