Aloha,
I am posting this message as an invite to all of you to attend our monthly workshop/kanikapila sessions in Waimanalo. If you find yourself visiting on Oahu, live here or want plan to attend.
These sessions are held on our family property on the Hawaiian Homestead. This is the site where i grew up and where I learded my music sitting on the knees of my dad, Uncle Sonny, and Atta.
At these sessions, I share my favorite C tunings and many others including a few old family favorites that have been kept secret until now. Then we just play music. The sessions are held one Sunday once a month and usually last about 3 hours.
