Any recommendations on guitar tuners? The one I am currently using now is not working very well.

Check the battery. If the battery is gone, the tuner won't work much.

Or just plain replace the battery....some check as fairly good, but ye olde tunah demands a fresh one anyhoo-/

I always use harmonics except for the first string. You get a much purer note that tuners like better.

I like the Intelli IMT500 (Tune Tech now). You can get them for $14.99 on Amazon plus $3.49 shipping (ZoZo Music).
Yes using the harmonics is best with these tuners and especially on the 6th string.

Yeh - those clip on tuners are pretty good. A lot of guitars like takamine have inbuilt ones these days which are SOOOOOO handy!!
