FREE pack of GHS ukulele strings (thank you Jonathan Moody at GHS!) to the first 12 to sign up for my last Michigan ukulele workshop at Elderly Instruments! If you can't find a photo of you playing ukulele and NOT staring at a song sheet or projector screen then you NEED this class! If you can't play AT LEAST 20 songs solely from memory, you NEED this class! It's easier than you think!

Saturday July 26 Elderly Instruments in Lansing 1-3pm, only $40
http://elderly.com/events/2014/event_page?eid=1097

Part 1: Learn ONE easy sentence and you'll be able to determine EXACTLY which chords belong in which key so the next time you wander into a jam and someone yells "key of A!" you'll know exactly what to do. You'll also be able to look at a piece of sheet music and - without even knowing HOW to read sheet music - instantly identify what key you're in!

Part 2: Now that you know the correct chords, you'll need a method to help you anticipate which chord is coming up next. Get this under your belt and you'll have MORE FUN playing because it will take you mere SECONDS to memorize songs - even completely new ones!

So if you want to be able to jump into any jam session willy-nilly and amaze all your friends who will think you are some musical genius, take this class - I won't tell your secret! Bring a chord book, a pen and some paper.
