Tomorrow night (11/4) going to see Led Kaapana live at the Triple Door in Seattle. Mega-stoked.

Wish we could go. Enjoy for all of us. I've never seen Uncle Led live, mostly on Fran's most excellent videos. Led taught at Aloha Camp a few times, but always in the summer. We lived in Alaska then and only went to February camps. (You don't leave Alaska during the dozen or so nice weeks of summer).

Led live is always a treat. Seen him many times. Every show is new; Led's best characteristic. He always plays something different.

I see where he will be in New Jersey in January. Wish he could make it down to Florida. I'd be first in line to see him. It's fun watching him stream live from Face Book too.

So Maliko - how was the show? (Like we have to ask - Uncle Led always kills it). But some of us must live vicariously when slack key players never come through Idaho.

Led was in fine form, with Jessie Gregorio on bass. The mix started out too bass-ey, actually, but improved. i recorded a couple, maybe Iʻll post here. His hana hou was Radio Hula, and he went way out there...
