A Puget Sound Calendar is a great idea, Chris. But you got the wrong day for my event. It will be this Saturday October 9th (NOT the 8th) at 3:00 at my home in Olympia. I have three plus myself so far and several who said they might be able to make it. I will email address, phone number and directions to anyone else who wants to come. My home isn't huge but space and parking shouldn't be a problem. Hope you'll be able to make it too.

I can host a kani kapila in February. At this point, I believe all my weekends in February are open, but I'll check with the war department to be sure I haven't been volunteered for something or another. Give me some feedback as to which weekend works best and I'll set a date.

Considering the Keola Beamer workshop on 2/5 and the Mark Nelson workshop on 1/29, how about the February Kani Kapila at my place on 2/19? That will give folks a bit of a breather from two consecutive weekends of slack key workshops and will give us a few weeks to practice what we've learned at the workshops.
Let me know if this works, and if so, I'll post a map/directions on how to get to my place in Edmonds.

| Any you guys get by Hawai'i General Store? They send out a quarterly events calendar of festivals and concerts. Uncle Danny an' friends will be a Clara's in Wallingford this Thurs pm. |
