Mahalo nui loa to Keola Donaghy for posting da scoops about this great, free concert on nahenahe.net!!!
The Nā Hōkū Hanohano ‘Aha Mele is set for Saturday November 8th at the Mission Memorial Auditorium. The performers will be Hōkū Zuttermeister, Maunalua, Ku‘uipo Kumukahi and the HMHF Serenaders, Pilioha and John Cruz. The concert begins at 2:00PM and runs to 4:00PM.

This is gonna be SOOOO much fun! But FYI: seating is limited for this - so even though it's free, if you want to go, you need to call and reserve seats! (With this lineup, it's sure to fill up fast, yeh?) 
Call Bryson at the HARA offices to reserve yourself a spot: (808) 593-9424. (Yup, already got mine...draggin markwitz and his mrs. along with... takin 'em all over da dang place to hear music when they come back next month! Such a sacrifice... ha ha! Can hardly wait...)

You will not be "draggin'" us kicking and screaming, that's for sure!! We will be willing attendee's for anything you can arrange for us. Our only problem will be picking and choosing which places to go to and which ones to take a pass on. It certainly is a "target rich environment" on O'ahu and you certainly can't see it all in 10 days...but we will do our best!! Can't wait to see you!! |
