Aloha,

I came across this board searching for some Hawaiian words. Someone asked for some advice on a Hawaiian phrase and there were some knowledgeable responses, so I thought I would try as well.

What would be the preferred way to say "Palm Heaven" in Hawaiian. It seems there are two words for "palm tree," and I have neither heard or seen either being used. So I am trying to decide between "Palama Lani" or "Pama Lani." Or is there another phrase that would be better. (This is for Mainlanders to use, so I don't want to use Loulu)

And a follow up. If I decided instead to use "Beautiful Palms" which would be better "Nani Palama/Pama" or Palama/Pama Nani?"
