...and unfortunately, we will miss this one (meaning we miss Julie & Larry, dangit), but at least we won't have a Battle of the Basses going down that day.

I did. Nobody was playing it at Neej's. I'm willing to part with it, tho. I'm planning on being there tomorrow.

Actually, I just remembered that Larry bought one of KonaBob's very few 4-string Walking Stick Basses. I've asked him to dig it out and see if he can play it, since he's been studying only on his stand-up.

Does anyone have a bass amp Larry could use there, or should we get one of those Micro amps and bring it up?

Gosh, this sounds like a lot of fun...

Julie

I have a Mobile Cube, and another 'regular' amp...will either of those do? They're not dedicated bass amps. Otherwise, I'm sure we can bribe somebody to bring a bass-type (one o' dem base types <EG>)

I have an Ampeg V115B amp you can use. It's a great bass amp and an old friend. I played my P-bass through it, and pedal steel with an external reverb. I can schlep it over to Jean's any time, in case I have a gig on the day you're coming.
