It contains tab (tabledit format) for the songs he presents on his DVD. There are also midi files for each piece. There is also a pdf file containing all of the tabs. Here's a list of the files:

Volume in drive C has no label.
Volume Serial Number is 68C1-6886

Directory of C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\personal\tab\slack key\patrick-DVD

I think you need to buy the CDROM separately. In fact, Bruce just sent me the CDROM last week but I haven't had a chance to check it out yet.

Aloha everyone,
Well I bought this DVD for myself as a Christmas present and have been working with it since late December. It's an awesome DVD and as others have pointed out, an excellent value as well.
The CD containing the tabs/midi/tef files is great also - only $7 more - about the same as a lunch at a fast food place but far healthier. I'd also like to put in a plug for Lamb Productions - for whatever reason, my DVD player seems to have occasional problems playing this DVD - it'll freeze for a few seconds and then resume playing. Thought it might be the disc since I also got the Kahumoku DVD which plays fine. I called Bruce and discussed the problem and he sent me another copy at no charge - unfortunately I still have the same problem but the prompt service is excellent - kudos to Bruce for running a great company.

(To the tune of "The Locomotion")

Everybody's tryin' a little spam now
(C'mon baby eat some loco moto)
I know you'll get to like it if you give it a chance now
(C'mon baby eat some loco moto)
It's really not that bad and it's not too greasy
Just keep an open mind and you won't feel queasy
So come on, come on, and eat some loco-moto with me.

Craig
My goal is to be able to play as well as people think I can.

Wonderful teaching / communication skills, Patrick. I guess that's why you're an educator. It obviously shows. I searched many Ki'ho alu instructional dvd's before I chose yours. You and Lamb Productions have produced a clear and easy to follow explanation, demonstration, and visually complete beginning course for someone like me. The filming and cut-aways of both hands simultaneously playing the song is superior. Since I have purchased my copy of your dvd, two of my other friends who have seen it have also purchased a copy for themselves. Learning from you is exciting; and your quality dvd is now my benchmark from which all others are compared. I await the development and availability of volume II.
Does that make us all Ki'ho alu ohana or what???
