For my lunch I had left over spaghetti. Then for supper, I had leftover spaghetti. Shoulda froze the leftover sauce.

I have made cream puffs before, but they take a ton of butter and eggs just to make the shells. Then the custard for puinsai, yikes. Then the frosting on top, az y hahd. Sure looks good though. Good enough so that my cardiologist make plenny kala fo hele onto O`ahu offa me and my insurance.

According to Keaka, Kory (during their recent time on O`ahu) proved that shave ice could be one of the major food groups.

Is the famous pipi stew jalike the pipi stew we cook ovah heah or different? I put beef, onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, parsley root, potatoes, beef stock, small can of tomatoes, wee bit of salt, pepper, basil, thyme, marjoram, fresh parsley. Sometimes put chunks of zucchini or some cabbage or brussels sprouts.

Do you flour the meat before browning or fry it naked and then use cornstarch for thicken the gravy?

Does the Hawaiian kine pipi stew get potatoes or do you serve wit 2 scoops rice.

Today to celebrate the lunar new year, I made some pork meatballs braised in broth with bok choy and mushroons; sticky rice and orange sections. Ono.

I would like to know if someone can educate me on what is "katchi-katchi" music? I have seen references to that but I do not know what they are refering to. I thought a katchi tune was one that got stuck in your brain and you kept thinking about it replaying it in your head all day.

Tanks, eh.
