In no attempt at starting (or jump-starting) a riot, I felt compelled to share this latest interview with Joni Mitchell with all of you. I think it puts her comments about her "influence" on slack key guitar in context. Specifically, this latest article shows that she is not merely anti-Hawai'i or anti-slack key guitar. She seems to be anti-a lot of things - including an amazing disdain for all America.

Paul is such a wise guy. See his previous post under "Portagee Jokes". I jave lived with Paul for 37 years and sometimes I am slow on the uptake on his wise crack comments, too.

I agree that it should be the last word on someone who somehow has been damaged in the mind.
