It wouldn't hurt to tell your local mainland restaurants serving shark-fin that it is very uncool to have it on the menu at all. The method of obtaining this item is disgustingly cruel and is putting sharks on endangered lists, upsetting the balance in the oceans. There are so many other ono things to eat; nobody needs to eat this.
